Street dancing group 'Breaking Point' find themselves in unfamiliar territory when they begin sharing practice space with a local ballet academy, thanks to headmistress Helena (Charlotte Rampling). At first, each group refuses to believe that the other has any dancing talent at all, but as they begin to see more and more of each other's dancing skills, a mutual respect begins to grow. Breaking Point is practicing for their huge upcoming competition, which will crown the Street Dance Championship, while the ballet dancers are preparing for the Royal Ballet auditions. When a romance blossoms between Breaking Point leader Carly (Nichola Burley) and ballet dancer Tomas (Richard Windsor) it is up to the two groups find ways to work together in order to help realize the dreams of all.
